SOCIAL INCLUSION – Rules 2018

 

Article 1.

An association of pedagogues of elementary and high music schools of Serbia and production center MIR Production (in the text refer to as an organizer), organizes INTERNATIONAL MUSIC COMPETITION – Belgrade, Serbia (in the text refer to as an organizer). Competition takes place entirely via Internet.

 

Article 2.

Participants in nomination SOCIAL INCLUSION do not need to pay the contribution.

 

Article 3.

To participate in the contest are invited artists from all countries of the world. The participants compete in categories according to the age. The age category in the ensembles is the average age of all parties, not taking into account the age of illustrator (concertmaster).

 

Article 4.

The competition is held on the following s: Piano, Piano ensemble, Violin, Cello, Viola, Contrabass, Singing, Tradicional and Jazz singing, Accordion, Bassoon, Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Saxophone, Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Tube, Guitar, Harp, Percussion, Mandolin, Domra, Balalaika, Dulcimer, National Instruments, Duo, Chamber ensemble, Orchestra, Choir, Competition of Music Schools, Social inclusion

The competitior can chuse the competition program. The contestant can also perform while looking at musical notes. The length of the video recording is limited.

SMALL GROUPS (2 – 4 участника)

 

THE ENSEMBLES (5 – 12 участников)

 

ORCHESTRA

Orchestras can perform with illustrators and/or concertmasters. Age category is defined by average age of all participants and illustrators, concertmasters.

 

CHOIR

Choirs can perform with illustrators and/or concertmasters. Age category is defined by average age of all participants and illustrators, concertmasters.

 

CONCERTMASTER

—  Pianist

— Diffeferent instruments (bayan, accordion, harmonica, guitar …)

— Instrumental ensembles (no more than 9 participants)

 

Article 5. 

For the premier performance or performance of non-catalogued composition, it is necessary to deliver music notes of such composition using electronic mail.

 

Article 6. 

Competitive video recording must comply with following conditions:

– Soloist and duo say his/her name, surname and year of birth

– One of the member of ensemble says the name of ensemble and their age category

Article 7. 

Registration is to be done exclusively through electronic means. During entering the website www.musiccompetition.eu competitor sends documents as follows:

*Total maximum size of all files – 50 MB

** For detailed instructions on OnLine application and payment by several participants on the one payment order (to avoid big bank fees), see the section NEWS.

*    Maximum total size of all the files – up to 50 MB

 

Article 8. 

Competition is held every year and applying from 15th of February and not later than 15th of April. Until April 20th, video recording of the competition performance will be placed on the website www.musiccompetition.eu and on the 30th of April, results of the Jury will be announced for each competition category.

 

Article 9. 

Competitor’s application for each category individually will be reviewed and determined for compliance with Rules by the person authorized by Organizer.

 

Article 10.

By participation in competition, competitors automatically disown the right for any material (financial) compensation regarding eventual publication and distribution of music video recordings on CD and DVD publications and Internet.

 

Article 11.

Work of the Jury is regulated by special Rules. The jury selects the competent Commission and reaffirms the organizing committee of the Association.

 

Article 12. 

All Jury decisions are final and irrevocable.  The jury invited professional musicians, directly related to the integration of persons with disabilities. They will judge both traditional criteria and the degree to overcome the malady.

 

Article 13. 

Competitors are qualified according to the average grade point of evaluations by the Jury:

Number of awards (prizes) is not limited.

 

Article 14. 

If several competitors in the same category, have same number of points, advantage will be given to younger competitor.

If several competitors in the different nominations have same number of points, final decision on the placement will be brought by the Jury.

Competitor, who won first prize, with the best placement in competition discipline will be awarded with Diploma Internet Music Champion of the World.

 

Article 15. 

Fund of prizes:

 

Article 16.

After all nominations competition are finished, Diplomas and trophy will be sent on May 9th through regular mail to the institution administration.

 

Article 17.

In case of dispute between Organizer and competitors, Rules in Serbian are relevant.

 

Article 18. 

By applying for the competition, participants automatically accept conditions from previous provisions of these Rules.
